I love how "She's come undone" this look is. Sweet, soft, and very doable. For hair, all you need to do is spray a texturizer (like Bumble's dry shampoo) and basically rub your hair until it achieves those flyaways. Eyes are accented by a gold on the inner corners and a pretty plum under and above.
